I'm attempting to run my fourth and fifth marathons this fall consecutively. The Marine Corps Marathon on Oct. 26th and the Philadelphia Marathon on Nov. 23rd.
Having some fun!
Yesterday I pulled out the 4DS series and did the chest/back and Bootcamp Drills. I LOVE the 4DS Bootcamp Drills, I smile through most of it, lol. Tough athletic drills appeal to my two left feet for some reason. I also pulled out B&G Stability Ball abs. Wow, that’s a toughie! I like all the lower back work in that workout, it’s an area I need to improve. (I was thinking of getting a hyperextension bench but may just use this workout once or twice a week instead).
Today I tried out the new iTrain – iTread Tag Team workout. It’s a four part MP3 workout that has you run on the treadmill for 15 minutes, get on the elliptical for 15 minutes, ride a stationary bike for 15 minutes, and finally do another 15 minute segment of running on the treadmill. Fun, fun stuff…Grace leads the treadmill, Keith leads the elliptical, and Buddy leads the bike segments. The banter is amusing and light (even funny in some parts). I was sweating buckets doing this workout for some reason, there was this huge puddle under my elliptical and bike when I was finished. I really, really enjoyed this one two thumbs up!

You know, there aren't a lot of people that love the drills in Bootcamp 4DS! I feel the SAME way as you! I think they feel like kid 'games'. I always feel like I'm playing when I do them! iTrain Tag Team also sounds fun! Good workouts!!
