Well, Iím feeling in a really good place mentally and physically. I ran 2 miles on Friday, did the lower body premix of Catheís 4DS, and tacked on the stability ball abs from B&G. Yesterday was a rest day and today I ran 6 miles plus did shoulders from 4DS. Iíve got a tough three weeks of training coming upÖ.next weekend my long run is 20 miles, the following week 6 miles, then my final long run of 22 miles. Iím hoping the weather cools a bit, Iím tired of running for hours in this heat...
