Just finished today's workout and I am feeling the endorphin rush! I started with Insanity: Insane Abs. It may be billed as a super tough "ab" workout, but it also works the shoulders, back and legs, as well as the heart (mine was pounding thru the whole 30 minutes.) Then I moved on to Cathe's MMA Kickbox, including the core segment. I am sure to be super sore tomorrow -- thanks for this kick-butt workout, Cathe!
