Obviously, I want to work on all areas of my fitness for all occasions, not just special ones. But the recent RT classes really helped to show me where I need to place special attention...
Learning Step...I was lost in the woods today, beeeeeg time, so I gave up even attempting to follow and just did marching on the step, V-steps, and while I got a great sweat in, this is indeed going to be a challenge for me, but isn't that was this is about, "embracing the challenge"?!...
