I have a problem area my core. When I look in the mirror I see my tummy first and then the rest of my body.

I found this article by tosca in Nov 2009 Oxygen Magazine. She recommends during the winter months to take one day to train the problem area. she calls it "specialized training which will elevate tone and shape of lacking body part". The rest of my body will stay tone, if I eat right, with normal workouts.

HFCS...Evil

High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS)…most evil grain and this is why Americans are so fat. Women who eat fructose instead of glucose (table sugar) had higher levels of ghrelin levels throughout the day. HfCS increases our fat storing hormones and it tricks our bodies into not releasing insulin and leptin, which are the 2 hormones your body releases when you are done eating and fill full. When you eat HfCS you will want to eat more and more.
What about artificial sweeteners???
