I rested and ate well today. I should another drop on the scale in the AM.
I hate that I've wasted so much time not eating right. I've always worked out, but never was consistent with eating well. But, I'm really working hard to changing that. When I'm hungry, I eat healthy food.
Tomorrow will be kickboxing and maybe 4DS LIS. Whatever it takes to make it past 1000 calories.
