WGS, pry squats, dowel OHS

PTTP
90x10 DL warm up

DL
Set 1 - 135x5
Set 2 - 125x5

Press
Set 1 - 50x5
Set 2 - 40x5

Then, CrossFit Leg Day!!

3 Rounds for time
* 100ft walking lunges (40 lunges)
* 50 air squats
* 25 hip extensions

Time - 13:57 and my legs are fried.
