Nice Site

Just a quick blog entry, ya, my first ever 
Having been a programmer in a past career for 24 yrs, I admire what has been done on this site. There is a lot of work that has been done! Fiddling around with the site made me miss programming a bit as I looked at things with a critical eye and sometimes I wish I could get my little mitts in there and help them with the bugs.
It looks like there are lots of possibilities on the forums and I look forward to making friends and discovering new things which is going to be tough for a shy, introverted, perfectionist to do at times.
It's time for a brave new world of CATHENATION

omg - programmer ! I USED to be a programmer before I burnt out and could not do it anymore. I started in the main frame computers and worked over to the IBM iSeries with RPG and then also did some web work with Perl and then Java.
I'm too old to have the concentration needed to keep programming. Sooooo glad to be out of the programming career. What type of programming did you do over the 24 years?? |
