Yesterday my run was anything but delicious. It was hard, my hamstring hurt and I stopped 3 miles short of my 7 miles. I felt guilty running yesterday. I had not grocery shopped and really did not have the time for a 7 mile run. I have begun questioning needing to run long distances. I think I was actually happier and in better shape when 6 miles was my maximum distance.
I think for now my 1/2 Marathon days are done. Unless I could find one sometime in July. That would give...
