I've recently begun eating vegan (again), and immediately lost about 5lbs. Then I started allowing sugar back in. And dairy (in desserts and baked goods). I've spent the last week on vacation from work, had my birthday, and the sugar/fat in my diet has become unacceptable. How quickly that happens. This is not the way to treat my body. Out of respect for myself, I need to clean up the food again. I have a goal: 15 pounds to lose. If I'd only stuck with my plan, I'd be almost there by now. I keep getting lost in the middle.
