Good day to pick for day 1 (not). But you have to start some time. We're going for an overnight trip that includes a 4 hour drive each way. That means I need to do my workout this morning, pack us, and pack food (can't rely on restaurants and rest stops to provide the right kind of nutrition), and get as prepared as possible for Monday morning when I go back to work and the kids go to daycamp. I'm going to bring a couple of nutrition books to review during the car ride, and plan my nutrition for the week. I have The Thrive Diet for Athletes, The Part-Time Vegan, Eat to Live, and Precision Nutrition. I also need to choose a workout for this morning; something that does it all. Maybe BodyMax2. Or DrillMax.
