Well DH got let go this morning. They said I am not in danger of loosing my job. So we live rural, no other jobs around. Probably have to move. Maybe have to give up the horses. Why? Why did this have to happen? Don't I have enough on my plate with my DM having cancer, my favorite aunt dying of congestive heart failure, loosing my dad just over a year ago.

I sit hear crying and wondering why? We're in our mid-40's it's not easy to find a job when you are 'older'. Please send any...

Monday and it’s another cold day (-28F on the way into work today) and we just wonder if we will still have jobs by the end of the week. I guess by some counts we will lose 13 here in the frozen north. It’s scary.

DH got the results of the MRI and there is no problem there. Which makes me happy and wondering what is causing his problems. At least it is not a tumor. He has an appt with the neurologist today – not holding my breath but at least it’s something. The pills the doctor...

Gosh it really does change day by day doesn’t it? Last night talking to DM I was reminded why it’s best I’m here and she’s there. She really can push my buttons like no one else. Oh well. She got her infusion yesterday and today she got the stint replaced. Tomorrow and Friday she more infusion treatments set up. Hopefully the stint replacement will alleviate the pain she’s been having and that she can make both of her appts.

My poor DM. She had her chemo and spent most of the day trying to get the surgery straightened out that she is to have to replace the stint. I swear they hear an old lady voice and assume she’s not on top of it. But DM is, she keeps notes in a notebook so that she always has a record. But the surgery was to be Thursday and the infusion on Wednesday but now the surgery will be on Wednesday at a different time. And this means that she had to find someone else to take her for it. DM is going for her second chemo treatment today and for her pre-op blood work. She has had a horrible time with dehydration and low blood pressure and pain. I feel helpless from this far away, she doesn't eat right and obviously isn't drinking. At least she has many friends who check up on her and one is taking her for her treatment today. And she said she was going to schedule another infusion on Wednesday - although she has said that before and then 'skipped' it
