Weight Watchers
So now that i'm exercising i really need to get my diet under control. I don't think i eat TOO badly but i haven't really been tracking it on paper so i'm sure i'm probably shoving more than i need to into my mouth.
This has been slowing down my weight loss and i don't want to be wasting my time working out only to sabotage it with food.
I know the system works and although i don't really like to track everything on paper, i also don't like the scale not moving so i signed up for WW.
I tend to have problems sticking with things so i'm going to have to really keep myself motivated. Right now i'm going to focus on the short term goal of 5%.
