Week 4
So today marks the end of week 4. Overall, i'm feeling good about the progress i have made over the last four weeks. I eased myself back into a regular exercise program, I feel more energetic and strong, and the scale is moving in the right direction.
The scale is down again today so i'm pleased with that. I have taken Petramom's advice and try to weigh every morning so i can see my fluctuations day to day and maybe get more understanding of my body's natural patterns.
Having all my workouts planned and scheduled ahead of time has been very helpful and i find it easier to stick to a plan.
I'm starting my new rotation tomorrow:
Day 1: LoMax
Day 2: Muscle Endurance
Day 3: Kick, Punch & Crunch
Day 4: Yoga
Day 5: Muscle Endurance
Day 6: Low Impact Circuit
Day 7: Yoga
I will make adjustments if i need to. I'm looking forward to putting Basic Step & Body fusion back on the shelf for a while, although i'm glad i started with those workouts. It allowed me to ease back into regular exercise and i feel ready to tackle the other workouts now.
