I thought i was eating ok but i will need to take another look i guess. It may also be PMS so i'm not going to freak out or anything. I need to remember that it's going to take some time to get back into the swing of things and there are going to be highs and lows. I was hoping to see some progress after the first week but at least the scale didn't move up right? Standing still is better than moving up!
