I'm Still a Loser Baby!
I haven't blogged in a really long time but I am happy to report that i have continued with Weight Watchers.
The last few weeks have been a little up & down where i gained a little bit or the scale didn't budge. At my last two weigh-ins the scale was down again so i hope the up/down nonsense is over with.
I'm really happy i have managed to stick with the program this time. I think the biggest change i have made is to go to the meetings EVERY week, even when i don't want to. It allows me to start each week motivated and inspired.
Last week i got back on my treadmill for the first time in a really long time and it was such a great feeling to have to lower my weight in my loser profile.
I did an hour on the treadmill on both Saturday & Sunday. It was a nice change since i've been doing only yoga for the last few months.
