Back on Track

After last week, I made sure to track all of the food i ate and it worked. I weighed in yesterday and i had lost 2.8lbs!

The program works if you stick to it but some weeks are easier than others. I really have to be mindful and write everything down as i eat it, otherwise it's so easy to forget.

I've also been sticking with my yoga workouts: a mix between my own practice and my Shiva Rea DVD's. I'm enjoying it right now even though i still feel like i should be fitting in some weight workouts as well. I'm trying to get away from that kind of thinking. When i feel like it, I will add Cathe back into the mix.
