NOTES:
**good workout, raised my weights and felt okay with that...still very concerned about hurting my back again...basically worried about putting any real weight on the dl....thinking of wrapping up pttp this weekend and starting ETK fresh maybe testing my 1rm for the press and dl on a variety day....just too worried about my back and doing ETK correctly and don't want to have my concentration broken.
**will continue with the deadlift maintaining my form and strength thru out etk...
