2 cycles: wall squats/halos/pumps

**c&p and pull ups
5 ladders/ 4 rungs/ no rests
25#kb
all pullups assisted

**swings
35#kb
25 swings/ 10 seconds rest
total 13 total cycles
5 cycles 2 handed
2 cycles one handed
6 cycles alternating hands after every 10 ish

**Diva Workout:
*great workout!! very metabolic workout!
*didn't look like much on paper, but challenging and fun!
*used either a 20 or 25#kb
*did the intermediate workout - 30 seconds rest between rounds
*I did one full minute of snatches per side - used my 20#kb

*practice 2 hands anyhow-> couldn't do this, ended up doing windmills. I could do the windmill, squat down, clean the other weight, but then couldn't get back up!!
