*did the intermediate workout - 30 seconds rest between rounds
*I did one full minute of snatches per side - used my 20#kb
*practice 2 hands anyhow-> couldn't do this, ended up doing windmills. I could do the windmill, squat down, clean the other weight, but then couldn't get back up!!...
