I did Jari Love's "Extremely RIpped: Lean Machine" (2010). This video has been criticized for various reasons. Beyond the oversold front cover and the use of unrealistic models, one disappotment is that the new material -- two 30 minute workouts -- are strung out one after another, withour having them separate on the menu feature.
Having said that, the first workout I did was fun and useful. Jari combines upper body lifts with lower body movements. All of this is relatively easy to follow for the novice.
Also included is a bonus 30-min segment from "extremely Ripped: Body Rock". But this is not an extra if one already has the latter video.
