Second weight workout

I have been eagerly awaiting my second weight training workout. Sunday was full body so I had to wait to do another Cathe weight training DVD again. I have been very sore and it feels wonderful! Everything hurt in a good way. Especially my butt. I could barely move this morning because I was so sore. But I did 1/2 hour on the treadmill and I felt great!

Today was Back, Shoulders and Biceps. I managed to incorporate my G7 so that made me glad I had bought it and helped when I am between weights on DB or BB. My body is really pumped.

I feel different inside already, stronger and more positive. My blood sugar has already improved, started the day at 114 after coffee. I would rather lift weights than take meds if I can.
