Just a quick update to close out week #4.
Saturday was a rest day.
Sunday, I went little crazy and put in nearly 2.5 hours. First, STS Disc #29 - Plyo Legs
. Kept weight light, and really focused on the plyo side of the workout. What a blast!
Absolutely loved the workout, especially all of the plyo moves using the higher step (12 or 14 inches - I need to measure mine). Managed them all without any stumbles to wipeouts. That's a major accomplishment right...
