Overtrain? Me? Guilty!!

My energy and motivation are still lacking, but I finally figured out the cause. Overtraining. Swore I wouldn't, but I'm pretty sure I did. (Actually, I figured this out at least a week ago, but haven't wanted to admit it. )

The dilemma: I crave physical challenges. I want to find out just how hard I can push myself, before I fall flat on my face. Over time, I want to see measurable improvement in my endurance. Then I want to ratchet up the challenge level, and start they...
