Active Recovery Plan

I'll finish up week #8 as follows:
  • Thursday (today): KickMax?
  • Friday: Disc #11 (Back & Triceps) + Abs
  • Saturday: Plyo Legs (Want to sneak in one more leg workout before active recovery begins)
  • Sunday: Cardio (Texas @12:30) - 90 minutes. This is also the day I'll take measurements & photos for the first time since starting STS.
Then, for an active recovery, my tentative plan is this:
  • Monday: Yoga or StretchMax (ball) + Abs
  • Tuesday: Cardio (Steady State or

February Update - Diet

Yee gads -- it's hard to blog on even a semi-regular basis! I'm not that busy.

My eating has been pretty clean. Seems like my body is getting used to life with minimal starchy carbs. I've found I need to work something in every few days (brown rice or oatmeal are my current favorites), or else I over-indulge on junk.

The biggest struggle is consistent planning & prep. As I mentioned elsewhere, when I take time on the weekend to come up with a meal plan...
