Starting brand new BFL rotation tomorrow

And I'm a bit scared! LOL The last BFL rotation I did, I had great results. I followed the plan by the book for the first 6 weeks, then added in some Cathe and some iTreads the last 6 weeks. Great rotation, great results.
Then I slacked off. And floundered. Moments and weeks of sheer brilliant workouts and clean eating, followed by weeks of NOT so brilliant nor clean eating. Then Summer hit, and like every summer since college, I gained weight. And I'm back to dealing with my eating 'issues'. Not sure whether to call it eating disorder, addiction, or ISSUES. But I need to get a handle on ME again. Last week was a really awesome BFL week of great workouts and clean eating with CONTROL.... and I felt good. Then it took just 1 1/2 days of this weekend to make me feel like crap once again. Amazing how just one day makes a huge difference in attittude, both physical and mental.
I digress...as usual!
So....tomorrow! BY THE BOOK. Including my cardio sessions. 20 minutes of all-out HIIT. And I will hit those 10s, and focus on nutrition.
Also, starting tomorrow, I'm starting Cathe's Nutrition system for a year. I'm excited about that, yet a bit worried that inputting my info every day is going to seem like another task in my busy life!
BUT....ONWARD AND UPWARD!

Good luck!I too am restarting BFL tomorrow. Scared wittless! I won't be only doing the BFL cardio, cause well, I do enjoy longer steady state cardio.
I'll be checking your blog out to see how you're doing! |
