Disc 17 this AM. WOW! I was planning on getting in a few miles later today, but I'm not sure if I should. Do it today before DOMS set in or wait till tomorrow AM when they are in full force?
today's journalled food:
8:30am Myoplex Lite Shake with L-Glutamine
10:30 (stomach growling already) 3 egg whites, 1/2 ww pita bread
12:45 homemade Tuscan Chicken Soup
??????? can't remember what I ate here, but it was clean
5:30pm 3oz grilled chicken, 1/3 baked sweet potato, steamed green beans
8:00pm 1 C homemade greek yogurt w/ 1/3 C Kashi Go Lean cereal
