Expectations

Today's focus is to REFOCUS on what MY EXPECTATIONS are OF ME!!!!! It's so easy to worry about what everybody else will think of me if I gain 10 pounds, or if I skip this event or if I say this or that. But what's IMPORTANT, what REALLY COUNTS, is what I expect of MYSELF!
Well, I DID EXPECT DOMS this morning and I am not disappointed! LOL Disc 17 yesterday and my afternoon run of 4.25+ miles really REALLY has my bottom half quite sore. This morning was Disc 2 Back & Tris.
Today's journalled food:
8:30am Myoplex Lite Shake with L Glutamine
10:30am homemade Tuscan Chicken Soup
12:30pm homemade Tuscan Chicken Soup (have a few servings left I need to eat up before the next batch of CSA veggies arrive)
2:45pm 2oz grilled chicken, handful steamed green beans
5:30pm 5oz grilled salmon, 1/3 baked sweet potatoe, steamed green beans
8:30pm 1 C homemade greek yogurt w/ 1/3 C Kashi Go Lean cereal
