Back in the saddle (or on the tread)
CCPP today, and I had originally planned to do it on the stationary bike to rest my legs and PF from Thursday's horrible long run. But I woke up this AM and felt pretty good so I ran on the TM with CCPP. I felt AWESOME the entire time! I even added on the 3rd Challenge for extra on the end.....logged over 7.25 miles and then the Extended Stretch from STS and felt great!!!!!!!!!!
Today's journalled food:
8:30am Myoplex Lite shake with L-Glutamine
10:45am 3 egg whites (Hard boiled), 1/3 C old fashioned oatmeal with 1/2 T ground flax (usually use 1 full T but only had this much ground...need to grind more)
12:45 3/4 cucumber sliced (headed to my pedicure and didn't want to eat a bar, thought this was better than a bar)
2:45pm Organic Spring Salad greens, 1 wedge LC cheese, 4oz sliced chicken breast, topped with 1T balsamic vinegar, 1T EVOO, 1tsp agave nectar (I've been craving a big yummy salad and this FIT the bill perfectly! YUMMO!)
