My weight has been up and down despite a huge improvement in running. I ran 6.5 miles on saturday on trails with DH. He is a machine when it comes to running. He could probably do a half today. It was a slow pace - 12.8. But it was continuous. All my runs are slow and contenuous. Im surprised these double Ds are not hindering me. We have 3 months left and I'm sure I'll be able to do the half with no problem as long as I stay my pace. I've even vowed to run a full one day.
