workout: MMA Boxing = 47 min - 644 calories burned

B. Grilled cheese
S. yogurt, 1/2 fiber bar
l. chicken taco stew, chips
s. T7
D. Salmon, broc
s. popcorn

This comes to about 1475 calories and hopefully will have me in bed and snoring by 9:15 tonight.
