I received a new DVD in the mail today -- "The Firm: Ignite -- Calorie Burn" (2011). So since today is an aerobics day, I did this video. The video highlights a new technique: intervals of 8-seconds of very high impact bursts, with 12-seconds of recovery rests (slow moves).
