  • Set 1: 3-5 reps 4@165#
  • Set 2: 90% of Set 1, 3-5 reps 5@150#

Press
  • Set 1:3-5 reps 4@62.5#
  • Set 2: 90% of Set 1, 3-5 reps 5@55#
