When I began doing Cathe Workouts: I began working out to Cathe in 1995.
How I found out about Cathe Workouts: I found out about Cathe's workouts in a Collage magazine. However, it wasn't until I received a few recommendations from a fitness news group (which became videofitnes.com) that I decided to take the plunge. I'm thrilled I did because I love all of Cathe's workouts!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts: Cathe's workouts are so much fun. I just love her teaching style and how down-to-earth she is in her videos and in person. Her workouts always feel fresh and always challenge me. There never is a boredom factor for me.

I loved doing those jumping jacks while straddling the step. It was such fun!
