Amy Jo, they are actually a live class filmed at a club. They aren't teaching like in a video where they face you all the time and are directly talking to you. They are teaching the students you see in the class. You feel like you're there with them. The two I have are the ones you have to mail away for. I was nervous about the production quality..and the workout living up to all the chatter..but they are good! The production isn't all that bad either.
