Anyone have section break times for Cathe's vids?

Most of Cathe's videos have 3 sections. Does anyone have the times of these written down. I'm wanting to do some combos, but haven't found the time to watch all the vids. The main ones I would like are:
Step Max
TWV
PowerMax
StepFit
StepWorks
MIC (where step starts and where step blast starts)
StepJam
Cardio Kicks arm drills
