When I began doing Cathe Workouts: 1999 - or the year Maximum Intensity Strength was Released
How I found out about Cathe Workouts: In 1999 from a former Firm Lover Like Myself. She said I had to try Maximum Intensity Strength. It was so great I went on to purchase almost every video that has ever made. Can't wait to receive my STS! I know I will love it!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts: Cathe provides a huge variety of workouts and has the best coaching there is. I do miss Rhonda, Lisa, and Hope. I am so glad that Cedie is still with Cathe. I just love her style! Now that Shock Cardio is here, I am in heaven!

You are so right -- diet is as important as exercise.
I am not strict on myself, but when I overindulge for a week or so, I gain weight that takes months to shed!
