Why I love doing Cathe Workouts: Cathe changed my life. She made me want to work out & she made me believe I could do step, which I love. She introduced me to working out with real weight, & she gave me permission to work my hardest & be all I can be! Bless her.

Other Workout DVDs that I own: Hundreds, I collect them. Favorites are Charlene Prickett, Jari Love, Gin Miller, Keli Roberts, Karen Voight, Seasun Zieger, G-Force, Christi Taylor.
My Fitness Goals: As always to maintain a healthy weight, stay as strong as I can, maintain endurance, and now that I'm getting older, improving flexibility is becoming very important.
My Success Story: Well as I said, Cathe gave me the self confidence I needed to lose weight & get strong. This spilled over into every aspect of my life & has made everything better & easier. Thanks, Cathe!

Ah ha! So it isn't just me? I can't get the system to remember my password either, & I haven't had an email in quite awhile - weeks even.
