When I began doing Cathe Workouts: Fall of 04
How I found out about Cathe Workouts: I found her on FitTV and bought my first DVD (Hardcore Extreme) right before the 2005 Road Trip. I wanted Rhythmic Step, but it was on back order. It was my second one.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts: Something about her just holds me to them. There is a connection there that I don't get with most other instructors.

Try not to be nervous. Just do what you can. Stop, catch you breath, get a drink, take a photo. You are there to have fun.
