When I began doing Cathe Workouts: Over six years
How I found out about Cathe Workouts: I saw her on Fit TV then went to website for more information.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts: I worked out at home many years with no real results. Ever since I found Cathe's DVD's and website, I feel I'm in pretty good shape for a gal my age. (smile)

Hi everyone its rest day according to the june rotation but I plan to do core max and stretch max.
