Betty, I bet the lighting sucked in that dressing room and that is why you weren't happy! I look fab in my bedroom mirror but not so fab in the bathroom mirror. It is all about the lighting! In real life we look like super models don't ya know!!
Jean, how is your mom doing? My husband and I still meet every day. Today I hollered at him to slow down his walking speed in the parking lot. I was hobbling behind him! Freakin knee. It is totally a muscle. It is going right up my hamstring now. I need some advil.
Colleen, I too plan on doing B&G til I am well into my 80s!! It is the only thing that keeps my butt from looking like a pancake! I am very good at watching my form. I totally stink at the cool down stretch thing though. I need to be better about it.
Time to make my son eat supper! Yes it is 4pm!!! When are you supposed to feed them if they are expected at a game an hr adnd 15 mins ahead of time!?? We don't get home until 8!!! These coaches don't think!
