This morning was Supersets. I was pretty tired this morning so I am glad that is one of the nicer ones. I didn’t go extremely heavy on anything but kept up with Cathe which is always a bonus!

Pam Great job on PUB the other day! Don’t feel bad for not doing all the pikes. Some days are truly harder than others I think. Wow! You are a machine for doing HiiT 30/30 after Cardio Kicks and then tacking on abs from C&W after that! Talk about a marathon workout! Yep, SJP wasn’t much of a break but it wasn’t too bad to my legs. Sunday sounded like a good day, not too busy but just right. Great job on STS TB! That one is a doozy with the heavy weights and the almost no rest time between sets/exercises.

Janie Those hummingbird feeders look really neat and the glass bottle really is beautiful and almost seems like it was designed to be a feeder. You are so creative and I love seeing all the craft projects you come up with. Great job on RS (again)! Sounds like you had the perfect date for your birthday. Is Anthony’s an Italian restaurant? Great job on disc 33!

Cheryl Great job on MMA Boxing! Hope you enjoyed your dinner with your brother and parents. It seems like just yesterday that you were talking about your parents leaving for Arizona. Guess time really does fly sometimes. Like Pam, I thought about you too when the abs section came up in PUB. I grumbled and then cursed myself for not remembering your nice little trick to do the abs first before my arms turn to jello.

Eunice Welcome back! It sounds like a rest week was exactly what your body needed. Especially since you started to crave working out again by the end of the week. I’m proud of you for sticking it out and taking a full rest week—I’m sure it was hard the last few days. Great job on disc 28! Oh I love Meso 3 too and would stick with it for that. That’s awesome that you were able to go up in weight on a few exercises. That rest week must have really helped your muscles heal and get prepared to work, work again. He he! I was secretly wishing for super, duper leg DOMS from PLB and I got my wish!! Does white wine give you a headache? It could be that your headaches are triggered by the red wine. Not trying to persuade you to stop drinking wine just something I know they say is a trigger food for headaches.

Have a great day!
