Good Afternoon Everyone. It is a beautiful day today. 70 degrees. Tomorrow they are calling for 50 MPH winds. This time of year is crazy.
Where is everyone? We seem to be missing Rachel,Jen,Leane,Sherry,Maryk,and Ny25. I hope everyone is still doing STS.
Today i did one hour on the treadmill. That was so boring. My thighs are tired from yesterday so I thought I would change things up a bit.
Carolyn I understand now why you don't think you will be getting a puppy. My youngest boy dog who is one year old today doesn't lift his leg. He squats. It sounds like you are giving the economy a good boost. What kind of stuff are you buying?
Missy You must sleep really good . I know on the days that I do 2 workouts , I am almost asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. You certainly keep me going.
Colleen I sure hope that lady lets you buy the elliptical. That would be common for her to not let you buy it. I will keep my fingers crossed.
Carolyn that jelly belly of yours is so funny. I don't think the age or pregnancies is the proper excuse. Look at Cathe. We all just like to have out little indulgences.
