I am pooped out today so I will do STS 18 and a premix of Afterburn tomorrow when I have more time. I won't be scheduling my strength for Fridays any longer. I should know better as by Friday, I am spent after a long week at work.
Thanks, Heidi for sharing the article about overtraining. I was aware of this from my past intense training days and was concerned about the LIS in between STS, but read from Cathe and another poster that overtraining is not an issue because the weights used in LIS are light and more for cardio effect than strength. For now, I am going pace myself and use no weights with LIS if sore after STS until my body gets acclimated.
I am going to re-work my rotation a bit. Wendy, would you mind sharing what you are doing?
