I take prenatal gummies...Target brand. They are really good

I was taking 800mcg worth of folic acid and after my miscarriage my NP told me to increase it to 1000mcg. Just a heads up...and she did say it is very safe for women TTC to do that.
Regarding working out.....My NP also told me to stick to 6 hours or less a week and to not increase my intensity or strive for new fitness goals while TTC, so your 3 days a week sounds perfect.
