Great job on MMA Boxing + heavy bag bonus too. Your heavy bag bonus minus the heavy bag reminds me of when we went to a restaurant and I ordered a cheeseburger with no cheese. DH made so much fun of me for not just ordering a hamberger, but they didn't have a hamburger on the menu

Eunice Oh no on kissing the floor! I'm sure that would happen if I were to attempt the 1-legged pikes. I don't think I would want to do them for a very long time after that either

Oh yes, I definitely have the aftershock thing going. In fact right after I finished yesterday my legs felt like spaghetti noodles! I was laughing out loud when i read that you were going to write that you were going to rock your bed. I bet that would've gotten a few comments

What did you end up making for dinner last night? i bet DH was very happy to come home and have a nice dinner. Oh boy, I remember havinga lab puppy, he used to love to chew on shoes. And it was always my shoes

Janie Oh your walk with Rolly, Boo and Rosie, sounds wonderful, good for you! I am sure we will enjoy Pennsylvania. My husbands whole family is there and they are a lot of fun. Plus we are going to the best amusement park in Ohio on Wednesday. It's called Cedar Point and it's the best place to go if you lover roller coasters. They have so many really fun ones. On Thursday we have a dance lesson for all of the brides aunts and female cousins. We are doing a special choreographed dance at the reception. It should be interesting to say the least!
This morning for me was supposed to be MMA Boxing with the heavy bag bonus, but I don't really like that one and wanted to get more of a calorie burn before a week of vacation. I wasn't quite up for Intensity so I went with Imax 3, which was a good choice. Then I did the abs from Muscle endurance so now I'm all ready for a week of gluttony

DH did take me skiing last night

He skiied too even though he can hardly get in and out of the car because his back hurts so much

He said that the pulling doesn't bother it at all and this moring he said that he thinks it helped it

I think we'll see after 10 hours in the car
