Thanks I really appreciate it. As far as protein is concerned, say for example I'm eating around 1400-1500 cals a day. What percentage of that should be protein, carbs and fat? I'm currently logging my foods into MyFitnessPal and am wondering what my goals for each should be. I hear you should eat no more than 30% protein of you daily cals in a day. Is this true or should I increase my protein a little more?
