Yay on your extra speed!! So are you going to do Step Moves or Intensity first. The latter is definitely easy on the choreography, but way harder on ones ability to breathe.

This morning was Disk 23 Legs. I went light on deadlifts and didn't use weight or a step for the calf raises. I did double leg, varying toe positions instead. One more and I get my rest week. I'm thinking lots of stretching, core and a few cardios.
