When I began doing Cathe Workouts: In Nov.2006, DH ordered the Gym Style's for my b-day.
How I found out about Cathe Workouts: I found Cathe on Fit TV and the rest is history!
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts: Cathe, motivates and challenge me like no one else does. Her workouts are fun, but tough. My body is transforming in a way, I never thought it was possible. I just love Cathe and her workouts.
Where I work out most often: Both Home & Gym
Other Workout DVDs that I own: I love Cardio Coach , I own different kinds of Yoga DVD's, I own all 3 Jillian Micheals DVD's.
My Fitness Goals: Is to run a race this year. And do another round of STS!
My Success Story: Since Dec. 08 I lost 28 pounds.
