bad night of sleep, but i am okay this am. made myself get on the tm, and i am happy i did. i may go to the fitness center later to do a group class of some sort. it is supposed to pour al day, so i wanted the kids to play (they have some cool stuff indoors at the fitnesss center), also plan to go to the library and make ginger bread. i found this cool hodgson mill mix that is all whole wheat
still recovering from my sugar binge yday, so i will keep it all clean and natural today. i may even treat myself to a salad out.
