Today was cardio and I did
Cardio Coach #5. Didn't go balls to the wall with this one, low back and hip area is really tight again so I took it easy. I need to get some stretching in. Had a fairly good workout.
It's cold here today. Only 40 this morning when I woke up. I can't believe summer is already over. We didn't really have much of a summer this year.
