Whew, quiet weekend in here! Kate's gone, Angie won't be on the computer today...
I'm heading out for my long run of the week - about 6 miles, same as last week. I felt pretty sick and lightheaded towards the end last week so I ate a small slice of banana bread this morning so we will see if that helps. I *always* workout first thing in the morning before eating, but that may have to change for long runs.
Nina, what do you do when you run in the mornings? Do you eat before? Do you take water with you?
